About

I am a lifelong resident of Lebanon, Missouri.    I have been married 25 years to my wife Teresa, and we have one child, Whitney.   I am a member of the First Christian Church where I am currently serving as the Elder Chair.   My legal career started as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert T. Donnelly of the Missouri Supreme Court.   I have been a practicing attorney in Lebanon, Missouri since 1987.    I serve as the Municipal Judge of Lebanon, Missouri, having been elected to nine terms since 1995.    I also currently serve as City Attorney for the City of Conway, City of Dixon and the City of Crocker.   I served for nearly 20 years as counsel for the Juvenile Office in the 26th Circuit and frequently taught continuing education courses for the Children's Division and the Juvenile Office.   I was an adjunct professor for Drury University for 20 years, teaching various law classes including judicial process, juvenile law and business law and other classes in the field of political science and criminal justice.    I was recognized as one of the top three attorneys in the Lebanon area by the Lebanon Daily Record in 2010 and 2011.  I am a Past President and Treasurer of the Laclede County Bar Association.    I am a Past President of the Lebanon Kiwanis Club and a member of the Lebanon Rotary Club.
