Clay Opara has been practicing personal injury law for 25 years. He has tried numerous complex civil and criminal cases in the District of columbia, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Harford County, Calvert County, Wicomico County, Talbot County, Frederick County, Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, and Carroll County, Maryland. Clay is a former member of The Maryland House of Delegates and has been a  lobbiyist at the Maryland General Assembly. Mr. Opara is a graduate of The Boys' Latin School, The State University Of New York at Buffalo and The University of Maryland School of Law.
