Clay and his office are so professional with helping me in a three-year long divorce case that was very complicated. Clay and his staff all showed kindness and compassionate toward me I would highly recommend clay Olmstead
Mr Olmstead handled my personal injury auto case. He always got back with me and kept me well informed, I'm very impressed as I have worked with other lawyers and he was the best by far!! I highly recommend Mr Olmstead.
I initially contacted Clay Olmstead to represent me through a rather protracted and difficult divorce situation. At all times, Clay was patient and reassuring. He clearly explained the process to me and helped me to make informed decisions. His years of experience and competence were critical in resolving this difficult situation. Clay's help and guidance made it possible for me to begin the healing process that I am going through. I have appreciated everything Clay has done for me and would highly recommend Clay Olmstead as a competent and professional attorney in the highest regard!
I hired Clay for a difficult divorce. We ended up in a custody battle and I won! Clay was great in courtroom!! He prepared me very well for trial and kept me well informed every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about this lawyer. Bad divorce, great attorney!
I am very satisfied with Clay Olmstead's work. When I first came to town many years ago, I asked around for recommendations for an attorney. In my business, I need services of an attorney about twice a year. Almost everyone I talked to recommended that I see Clay Olmstead. Clay Olmstead has helped me on many projects. I have found him to be very knowledgeable but at the same time able to explain my legal matters in a way that I can understand them. I know that he has a very busy Court calendar, but he always gets my work done on time. His very large staff is very competent, helpful, and friendly as well. I recommend Clay Olmstead very highly to anyone who needs competent and aggressive legal work. I really believe in giving back to the community that you live in. I volunteer for several different projects and I have also noticed that Clay Olmstead was on the Mental Health Board for over 15 years, served Rotary Club for over 15 years, and has been on the City of Ludington Planning Commission and was past chairman of that organization as well as past president of Rotarty Club. Being as busy as he is, I am impressed that he makes time to hep his community.
He was not engaged and when it came to his assistant Cindy getting involved, don’t expect her to be able to listen, follow instructions or add math. She charged me twice for something I waited 9 months for her to accomplish. Very incompetent, non apologetic and truly not professional. Clay will talk a good talk at first but pass everything onto Cindy who acted confused and then angry when confused. When looking at their website, again unprofessional. Spellcheck Clay and Cindy, your clients shouldn’t have to put up with sloppy.
tried to push my case off on another attorney with 30 days left to file. was not prepared at mediation, on my case. did not have facts straight for mediation! i am disabled for life and he pushed to settle for way less, just to get it over with! i am still paying hospital bills that should have been taken care of . did not handle or back the settlement when the insurance didn't do what they settled on. wanted more money to inforce this.
