I asked him for my retainer back since his services were so bad he wrote me a check for $200 and said that he was going through some things financially which is why he took the case in the first place. I would not recommend him for any criminal cases. If you are going to pay a lawyer $2000 as a down payment I would highly recommend someone younger and more professional and still savvy. This guy is a Loser, & a washed up has been!
