I was and had been on the Board of our condo association as president and other officer positions for most of its existence. Our condo was a conversion of a 1920's vocational education school consisting of three buildings. We discovered major foundation problems in the main building that had apparently been ignored by the Developer and/or Contractor during the conversion. We contacted Clay, and after he reviewed our history and situation, he explained the strong and weak points of our case and agreed to represent us. I would recommend him highly. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and kept us informed throughout the process.
He put together a quick game plan for communicating with the entity we were having an issue with and ended up getting the issue resolved!
Clay helped us at a very difficult time, successfully reach settlement on a life insurance claim. Clay was extremely professional with us and the 2 companies involved. The entire matter was handled with respect and dignity and not threats. It was unfortunate that we had to retain an attorney to settle a claim that the life insurance should have paid without lawyers involved, but that seems to be the way insurance companies work. I would recommend Clay to anyone who finds themselves in the need of excellent counsel.
