Claire McVey is an immigration lawyer who proudly enforces and protects the legal rights of her clients and their families throughout each phase of the immigration process. Ms. McVey received her law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and earned her B.A. in Political Science with minors in Spanish and Chinese from DePauw University. While studying law, Ms. McVey worked with an immigration firm that represented clients in removal proceedings as well as family and asylum-based petitions. She has also worked in a variety of legal fields including criminal, personal injury, civil matters, family law, and probate law. Ms. McVey speaks Spanish fluently and understands the importance of communicating with others in their native language.
