Claire Gargiulo is an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Charles Rector, Esquire. She received her B.A. in 2004 from Towson University and her J.D. in 2011 from Widener University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Gargiulo was one of several students who played a key role in establishing the first Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic at Widener’s Harrisburg Campus and currently enjoys helping student interns improve their own legal skills as Staff Attorney at the Clinic. She also served as a legal intern at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. At the Law Offices of Charles Rector, Esquire, Ms. Gargiulo represents her clients in the areas of Family Law, Contracts, and general Civil Litigation. When my legal issues started I was apprehensive about finding and working with a lawyer. However, I am truly impressed and satisfied with my experience with Ms. Gargiulo. She is a confident, motivated, and very reliable young attorney. She was readily available and responded to my all correspondence in a timely manner. She is very amicable and fought for my interests. Attorney Gargiulo helped me through the emotional process of a child custody hearing. She was very knowledgeable, always got back to me asap when I contacted her with questions, and I really felt like she cared about my case, not like I was just another file on her desk. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney.
Defended me in a custody case but only wanted to fight and accuse other side of things that never happened which didn't solve any problem. I still do not have any type of joint custody for my child and barely see my child. Would never recommend
