When I was trying to get my 100 year old Mother on Medicaid and getting her affairs in order after experiencing a stroke which necessitated her permanent move to an extended care facility, my husband and I had contacted a few attorneys and none of them seemed to have much if any knowledge of elder law. As we were from another state, we turned to the internet and found the offices of Chalgian&Tripp. Our request for information was immediately answered and it was determined this firm was exactly what we needed. As the Midland office was the closest to Tawas City, we were put in touch with Chrysa Milholland. We set up an appointment to meet at Tendercare and take care of the paperwork. Chrysa made my life so much easier by drawing up the power of attorney and Designation of Patient Advocate and Advance Directive and having the warrant deed for my Mothers house in my name upon her death. With all this taken care of so professionally, it made the 2 years overseeing her care and upon her death, made everything so easy and less stressful for me. I thank Chrysa so very much for this, and highly recommend her services for others who are now or will be responsible for the care of an elderly loved one. Nancy Richman
