I scheduled a free consult with this office. Upon arrival, I was notified by the secretary the attorney is in court and is waiting to be called. She also responded that he may be back to the office in 12 mins or so. My response was: I have been to court for work and know what it is like. A court wait time does not have a rigid timeline, it may range from an hour to 1/2 day, even an entire day. My time is also valuable and not notifying their customer(s) about it in advance is very, very poor customer service. The office has inadequately trained, unprofessional staff. I am glad it happened, I would not want someone like them giving me a legal advise, or drafting any contracts. Lost client, lost business.
