This "attorney" was handed my case from his supervisor when she was in process of purchasing the firm from estate of former owner's estate after he was killed on vacation. My W.C. case involved two head injuries, from 6 years ago, to head, second one, leaving me with brain damage and brain surgery. I was Furniture Mgr. in Retail Chain [Store now closed], and solid marble dining room table fell on my head and shoulders. Second accident, I was working in complete darkness because new store mgr. was cutting back on overhead expenses and was across mall getting another cup of coffee. Could not see through stacks of palleted goods and furniture delivered early that AM and to pick up piece of metal off floor, I hit my head on 8' steel C-Channel upright, causing moderate damage to prefrontal cortex of brain. Then week later, having brain surgery to discovered tumor. Long story short, this attorney, states, "I have simply a Workman's Comp. Accident, not a Brain Injury". Run away from this attorney, if you're thinking of attorneys in this area. He told me I had a 10% chance of winning the case and severed himself from this case. That's how much he was willing to fight for and work for me. He's won't work for you. Believe me.
