I was under contract and had ALREADY paid in full (with extreme buyers remorse) almost 19K. The vacation club asked me to sign an additional document so I contacted CRT Legal I live in Indiana and have not met Mr. Turner face to face. My issue was extremely time sensitive. I contacted Jessica, also fantastic, on Tues. 10/11/16. I spoke with Mr. Turner the following day and had ALL of my money returned by 10/21/16. CRT Legal then sent me an itemized bill and returned about 30% of my very reasonable $500 retainer. Extremely professional and outstanding service all the way. Thank you!!
