About

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in May 2006, where I made the Dean’s List every semester. I received my undergraduate degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of New Haven in 2003. I attended UNH on an academic scholarship, was on the Dean’s List every semester, and was selected for the National Dean’s List from 2000 – 2003. I attended St. Joseph High School in Trumbull, CT, where I graduated with honors and played baseball, basketball, and soccer. I was Captain of the soccer team as a junior and senior and returned to coach the team while in college. In 2012 and 2013, National Trial Lawyers selected me as one of the top 40 trial lawyers in North Carolina under the age of 40. This prestigious list is commonly known as the top 40 under 40. In 2010, North Carolina Super Lawyers recognized me as a Rising Star. The Rising Stars list is comprised of attorneys who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of North Carolina lawyers are selected as Rising Stars. In 2009, I was selected to represent the professional community of Wilmington in the Biltmore 2009 Honors Edition of Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals. While at Carolina Law, I obtained invaluable practical work experience by working hard outside the classroom during my legal internships with the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the Progress Energy Legal Department, a medical malpractice law firm in Charlotte, and the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office. I also volunteered my time by working with North Carolina Legal Aid and the law firm of Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman, now known as K & L Gates. Since graduating from Carolina, I have developed a practice primarily devoted to civil litigation while working as an associate attorney for three years with Lea, Rhine, Rosbrugh & Chleborowicz, PLLC before starting the law firm of Chleborowicz & Theriault, LLP in August 2009 and then becoming a founding partner at Solana, Theriault & Gross, PLLC in January 2013. All State and Federal Courts in North Carolina
