I had attorney Shipman for my trial attorney, he did very little to defend me. I had requested lab testing, that he never had done, I requested witnesses he never called. Before you hire this attorney,please consult another one.

Mr. Shipman is very fortunate he is still practicing law at all. He errored with my Work Comp case so badly, he cost me years of my life, and the $200,000 claim which my case was worthy of. It took 2 other huge, Phila. firms to point out to me the major mistake Mr. Shipman made. Unfortunately, it was too late too right the wrong's, do to the time allowed to file a case against him! He had drug out the case even longer than necessary, illiminating that possibility as well! Once he realized what he did, he actually dropped my case by phoneing me & telling me there was nothing he could gain by continueing with my case,-right smack in the mid of litigation!
