I would highly recommend Chris Post. I was arrested last summer and Chris sat in night court until almost midnight to wait for my arraignment. I just lost mg job before I went to court and my EX's attorney made me look like a dirt bag. Instead of asking questions that. He asked me if I think I should pay child support because I wasn't working... what am I supposed to respond to that. I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't... I gave him plant of information of my ex's transgressions, DUI, not spending days with my daughter on her days and so on and so on. He seemed like he had no idea what was going on or how to ask questions and paint a picture. I didn't spend as much as most, but now I'm thinking I should have and gotten a real family law firm. A few grand up front would have given me more time with my daughter and saved me money in the long run.
