Christopher Morales continues his business practice in Gray Reed & McGraw’s Houston office, where he focuses on corporate, partnership and federal income tax matters. He regularly advises clients on the tax-efficient structuring and execution of business mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, with particular expertise in the formation and taxation of partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations. He also advises clients on debt and equity offerings and represents clients in proceedings against the IRS.Prior to attending law school, Mr. Morales worked in the financial statement auditing group of a Big Four accounting firm.
