I concentrate my practice in tax, trusts & estates law. I have an interest in helping clients navigate through the various tax and financial issues surrounding their estate planning needs. I also advise families and fiduciaries throughout the various stages of estate administration, including Probate Court filings, accounting and valuation of estate and trust assets, post-mortem tax planning, estate tax and fiduciary income tax preparation, representation before taxing authorities, and asset distribution.In addition to my law degree and law license, I have a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) in tax law as well as a CPA license. I am active in the local community with a number of professional organizations. I am a Past President of the Estate and Business Planning Council of Worcester County. I volunteer on the Ambassador Committee for the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and serve as a Corporator for the Worcester Art Museum. I am also a member of the Worcester Young Businessmen's Association, the Greater Worcester Community Foundation's Professional Advisors Network, the Worcester County Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
