Mr. Lummis did a very good job for me handling my divorce. He was straight forward and knew the laws for my County well. Whenever I had a question, he usually got back to me within a few hours.

I hired him to help with my custody case. I told him several times what I wanted and he continued to send documents with incorrect times and days. Before consulting me he would send them off. This lead to ultimately making me look indecisive. After trying to make my document correct several times on my last attempt he told me if there were any more changes he would drop me as a client. Told me to take a plea. When i was innocent. Otherwise a 50/50 chance in trial. When the state had no physical evidence or leg to stand on what so ever. So being young and dumb and scared. I listened to him and now got a felony record that haunts me forever.. Ever lawyer i talked and show all the documents to said he took the $8500 and ran.. did absolutely nothing.
