Christopher concentrates his practice in family law (including divorce, custody, support, and adoption), business law transactions, bankruptcy, and estate planning. Ethics, integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail with forward, collaborative legal thinking are the foundation of Christopher's counsel which provides the legal expertise clients look for.Christopher graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 2003. While in law school, he provided traditional legal representation and counsel as well as community-education to low income tenants and landlords. Christopher also interned with the Prosecuting Attorney's Association of Michigan, and clerked for a general practice law firm in East Lansing, Michigan. Upon graduation, Christopher joined Midland's biggest law firm where he concentrated his practice in civil litigation and creditor's rights. A few years later he opened his own firm where his general practice concentrates in family law, business law, collections, and estate planning. Christopher has long served as general counsel for a franchise holding company and also served 7 years on a franchise board for a national company.Christopher is an adjunct professor in the College of Business at Ferris State University and serves on the State Bar of Michigan's Representative Assembly.Christopher is admitted to practice law in Michigan and is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.Golf, traveling, culinary, and being active in the community continue to be top priorities in Christopher's free time.
