About
I earned my bachelor’s degree in 2005 from Brigham Young University, where I majored in both political science and business management. In 2010, I was awarded a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Denver. As many young attorneys do in their early years, I practiced law on several fronts. As soon as I could, I began to focus primarily on estate planning before taking over Wayne Stewart Elder Law and forming Stewart and Gordon in 2018. It's been terrific! I love meeting with families anxiously searching for inheritance-planning solutions for their often complicated situations. I'm told that my patience, listening skills, and creative problem-solving abilities have me right at home and rising in the firm, and my public speaking talents and teaching background have served me well in large group settings and one-on-one or with families. My love for my clients and estate planning is surpassed only by my love for my family. As a father of 5 young children, my office mates know that they can often find me shuttling kids to and from school or other fun activities. Once upon a time, I was an avid golfer, skier, and overall sports nut. Nowadays, I'm doing what he can to instill that in my kids together with my sweet wife, Anna.
