Hired to represent a new home buyer to whom he was meant to secure repairs prior to signing. Repairs were not made and attorney convinced new buyer to proceed and he would ensure they would be or would receive compensation. Compensation was provided but not to the cost of repair. Attorney completely unresponsive to several attempts to understand why this was not resolved. Very unreliable and an unfortunate choice. Attorney just wanted the $$$ and a routine process.
