Due to seller error and closing delays, Mr. Flood got me to live in my property for the first three months prior to closing for only the cost of the taxes. Literally thousands in savings. He has also helped me with leases, additional closings, drafting business documents, real estate offers, and overall legal advice. I would not do a deal without having him review it.
Attorney Flood helped me get my start-up company off the ground and running. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with all my options. I have recommended his office to several of my business associates and will continue to do so!
We used Chris for a real estate transaction. Everything went smoothly and we were very pleased with his work.
While I appreciate Chris letting us know he wasn't interested in our project, I wish he had not dragged us along for four months, while telling us he was going to get to it next week, and then next week. If you were not interested you could have had the decency to just let us know so we could have moved on. Lots of time wasted for no reason.
