I had a case to get out on parole and was referred to Chris by another inmate. He even came all the way out to Chicopee to help me. He did an amazing job. The Parole Board said that I was lucky to have him because he knew a lot about mental health issues. I was very satisfied by the approach he took. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney
I decided to write this review based on the fact that Attorney Fiorentino was referred to me, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made for my case. Because of that, I feel compelled to recommend him myself to anyone hiring a lawyer based off reviews and merit. Attorney Fiorentino surpassed my expectations throughout the entire process; always professional, stern when need be because I was letting my emotions get in the way of the big picture, but also patient and source of calm when it came time to my trial. Not once did I think he was just going through the motions just to make it to the other side of the trial and get paid, which many lawyers that I met with previously did give me a sense of. I could not have asked for a better outcome, and I know it’s because of the dedication and hours he put into my case. I am eternally grateful to him for helping me through this daunting legal process. In short: He’s a rockstar.
Mr. Fiorentino is doing an outstanding job with a very complex and delicate situation. Unfortunately I found myself arrested recently for something that I didn't do, but looked really bad on paper. The court went out of their way to paint the situation in as horrible a light as possible and they were threatening to keep me in jail. Mr. Fiorentino went above and beyond what I think any other attorney would do to get me released from two courts in the same day. His arguments were sound and he clearly changed the minds of the representatives in both courts. He continues to fight against the state machine on my behalf and he continues to win the day to day battles that come with court proceedings. He is knowledgeable about the laws involved and explains things to me so I can be included in the decisions. Additionally, Mr. Fiorentino has sent me a summation of "where we stand today" report several times a week since the outset of this unpleasantness. I find these summary reports to be most helpful in keeping things in perspective. He is very responsive via various means of communication and I find him to be never more than a text or phone call away. In my opinion Mr. Fiorentino has gone above and beyond what one could reasonably expect from an attorney. I am beyond satisfied with his service and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. I trust him and I am confident that he will do the right thing in any situation. He has shown himself to be of the highest character and a true gentleman.
Mr Fiorentino provided thoughtful advice as he lead me thought a tricky contract issue. He negotiated a reasonable solution to a thorny problem. He was able to avoid a court room battle which is often the best of all outcomes.
In September of 2013 my father George was killed by a motor vehicle while walking his dog. Given the tragic and unexpected nature of this accident, it was an extremely emotional ordeal for my family. In 2017 Chris Fiorentino represented my family in a personal injury case related to my dad’s accident, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our case. In particular, I feel that a critical turning point in my dad’s trial materialized during Chris’s examination of a key witness – a state police trooper who was an expert in accident reconstruction analysis. Chris’s examination of this witness clearly and concisely boiled my dad’s case down to a simple algebra word problem that used facts and science to prove what happened on that day. Chris’s strategic line of questioning allowed the state trooper to demonstrate his expert knowledge to walk thru the math calculations involved in reconstructing the events of that day. In my opinion, the path Chris took to demonstrate to the jury that the state trooper was highly credible and credentialed, had particular expertise in the field of accident reconstruction, and was able to provide a simple and unequivocal explanation of the probability and likelihood of what happened to my dad that day proved to be the difference in the result of our case. My father was a kind and gentle man who treated everyone with respect, and that is exactly how Chris treated all the different personalities involved in this case. In addition to his prowess in the courtroom, Chris was extremely gifted at helping manage the emotions my family went thru in having to re-live the details of my dad’s accident in a public forum. I have no doubt that the professionalism and courtesy Chris showed to my family and all parties involved in our case would have made my father proud. I highly recommend Chris Fiorentino to anyone seeking legal services, and in particular in the field of personal injury.
