About
Seth Morris has a long and successful history of protecting his client’s rights in the courtroom. Seth recently won a nationally-publicized criminal case where he earned an acquittal for a client wrongly accused of resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer. The case was one of the first in Nebraska in which cameras were allowed in the courtroom. Seth handles a variety of cases including (but not limited to) DUI, possession, assault, personal injury, and civil rights violations. A lengthy history in the legal sector (from working as a law clerk during school to winning cases as a trial lawyer) gives him thorough knowledge of the legal system, from drafting documents and researching to crafting a complete defense. When he’s not working at the office or defending clients in the courtroom, Seth enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Seth Morris was a godsend of a hire. My case was multi-component and frivolously false filing against me that could have cause major damage. Seth provided very thorough guidance for my 10,000 questions. Very patient and nice with clients. When it came time for the courtroom, Seth absolutely meant business and will eloquently fight his hardest for you. Domination. I never felt uncertain. Amazing to watch. He clearly cares about the well-being of his clients. Anybody who needs solid representation should call Seth Morris immediately. I was really being wronged by the law and a certain individual. Seth made it all go away with ease. I do not regret my decision one bit. Give Seth A Call!!!
I was falsely accused of stealing from someone and Seth got the charges dropped. He answer all my questions and really pushed for the prosecutor to see my side. I’ll definitely go back to Berry Law if I ever have any issues again.. but hopefully I won’t!!
Seth was informative and available for questions. My case was decreased to a lower charge , which was very helpful to me and my family.
Unfortunately, I found myself in an unfavorable situation and reached out to Berry Law Firm after doing some research. From the initial consultation with Seth Morris and throughout the entire legal process, he put me at ease and guided me with unwavering character and open communication. Seth has a great understanding of individual's rights and the legal system and is diligent and timely when answering questions. If you find yourself in a bind, I would 100% recommend Seth to guide you through the process and get results.
I was charged with a DUI (Marijuana) and I sought out legal consultation and counsel from Berry Law Firm. They appointed Seth Morris to my case. Let me start by saying, Mr. Morris is a very personable, outgoing, intelligent man, and I have every bit of belief that his personality helped win over the jury. He even finished his closing statement with "if the bong wasn't hit, you must acquit" which got a little chuckle out of them. He did manage to get me a non-guilty verdict. It took about 10 months for everything to get resolved, but that wasn't on their part, but rather we were waiting for an "expert witness". On to that, the reason I took off 1 star. I paid $4k for a so called "expert witness", who it turned out, if Mr. Morris had done his research, we would have known, was not actually qualified for the testimony we hired him to give, and the court nearly did not let him testify at all (granted the man misrepresented himself in a sense, but he was not a certified DRE and we should not have hired him, though I'm sure seth learned a lesson from this). Although they did agree to let him testify on field sobriety testing in regard to alcohol, they would not let him testify regarding drug recognition examinations, which is the reason we hired him in the first place. So I did feel slightly misled there, for obvious reasons. Something else noteworthy, not exactly representative of Mr. Morris, but rather Berry Law Firm (the firm he works/worked for at the time of my review) I paid them in full, just about 2 months after hiring them, their fee was $3k and I paid $1500 the first time and $1500 just about a month later. I then, nearly less than a month before resolution of my case, received an email with an attachment saying they needed signed and returned asap. The attachment was a payment arrangement claiming I had only paid $2200 or $2300, and owed the remainder asap. In addition to that, the attachment said I had made one payment of $1500 and a second of $700 or $800. Well I knew I had made 2 even payments of $1500, so I had to call down to my bank and get a printout of the entire last year of transactions and prove that I had already paid all $3000. However I didn't take off a star for this, because Seth got it resolved quickly with no fuss once I sent him my bank statement. But if I were to be reviewing the law firm, I'd definitely take a star off for that, because it seemed very sheisty, and I can only imagine how many people they have done that to previously, that may have actually paid it. Keep records people, it's important!
