Chris received his undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University, and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he received the Missouri Law Review’s award for Best Student Note. While in law school, Chris investigated securities fraud as a law clerk with the Missouri Secretary of State, Securities Division, and served as an extern for Judge Karen King Mitchell of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District. Additionally, Chris worked for a leading plaintiff-side law firm pursuing class action securities and derivative litigation.After law school, Chris served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Breckenridge, Judge for the Supreme Court of Missouri. Prior to joining The Gorny Law Firm, Chris was in private practice at a class action litigation firm, where he practiced in wage and hour, consumer class action and complex business litigation.Chris now practices personal injury with a primary focus in medical malpractice cases in Kansas and Missouri. He also handles product liability and premises liability cases.
