Mr Basaman was hired by my company to facilitate visas and green card applications for several of our foreign consultants who we wished to keep on including one associate from my team. Mr Basaman and his team did nothing to help and kept requesting more documents without making any progress in drafting the immigration form. He did not respond to emails and continued to delay the process for months. The form was eventually filed with errors. The green cards for at least two of our employees were denied on account of improper filing and their visas expired. This should not have happened and I had to explain to clients why certain team members could no longer on their case. I am surprised the company still employs this law office as they have done nothing but a disservice to us.
