Christine worked very hard to make sure that I recieaved the justice I deserved. In a state where DUI cases are rarely dropped she fought tooth and nail and made sure that my wrongful prosecution and arrest did not stand in a court of law. I have had several times in court unfortunatly and Christine Ventura is by far the best lawyer I have ever had. If you want justice, if you want your case heard and your defense to be the best in Texas go with Christine. Without her I would be an innocent man sitting in jail right now for a bogus DUI charge. Thank you Christine. All my family and friends now have a life long Attorney that we trust and have compleate faith in!!

Christine Ventura recommended pleading no contest to a Class C Misdemeanor Assault charge. This was the first time I had ever been in this situation so I trusted her legal advice. Since I was not offered deferred adjudication the record can not be removed my from criminal background. Now, I have problems renting apartments and obtaining some great paying jobs. Do your research when choosing an attorney to represent your case. I have contacted several attorneys since and was advised that Christine misled me and I should not have just paid the fine and plead no contest. Had this been handled differently, it could be removed from the record or at least show disorderly conduct instead of assault on my background record. Christine did a poor job maybe due to lack of experience.. However, I feel she just did not have my best interest in mind. I contacted her office on two occasions to discuss my situation and ask her to assist any way she can. Christine will not return my calls and her office staff try to argue with me. Apparently her office feels they did a great job??? Wow.. Grade F for failure to represent me in my greatest time of need.
