About
I concentrate my practice in matrimonial and family law and litigation. I received my law degree from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, in 2002, graduating cum laude. I am a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations and was admitted to the Indiana Bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana in 2002. I began my career and one of the top five law firms in Indianapolis, practicing both matrimonial/family law and business litigation, and joined Fillenwarth & Associates to specialize in matrimonial and family law issues.Divorce and legal separation, issues concerning custody and parenting time, child support issues, modification of child support/custody orders, spousal maintenance and support, valuation and division of business interests, valuation and distribution of retirement assets, paternity, adoption, negotiating and preparing prenuptial agreements, negotiating and preparing postnuptial agreements, enforcement of premarital agreements, domestic partnerships and cohabitation agreements

Christine was referred to me by a friend in the legal environment. From day one, I knew I was in good hands. She answered any questions I had and gave me great advice throughout the whole process. Her drive to help her clients and get a quick resolution was phenomenal.
If you are looking for a diligent, responsive, trustworthy attorney, look no further than Christine Stolle. I am very satisfied with how Christine worked toward a fair resolution and successfully litigated issues I had concerning a divorce settlement. Christine was very thorough while working my case and kept me well informed. I felt very comfortable having such a zealous advocate with me in court. I would hire Christine again, no questions asked.
Christine was very efficient for me. My ex did everything he could to make things difficult but she was somehow able to get him to come to the final result that I was happy with. She was truthful with me-both positive and negative (when I needed it). She promptly (quicker than I expected) responded to my questions and issues about the divorce and helped me through this difficult time. When I worked with her face to face I was absolutely amazed at how quickly she was able to work and figure things out. Our financial situation was complicated and she sure knew how to work those numbers and FAST. My money was well spent and I have even had to hire her again a few months ago because my ex was in contempt of court. She is absolutely fabulous. I would hire her again. I first hired her in January of 2010.
Christine is a very caring person. Unfortunately, when it comes to a trial, she is unable to stand up for herself, or her client(s), when push comes to shove. If you are needing to "iron things out" with a spouse or father, she might be the person you are looking for. On the other hand, if you are in-it-to-win-it, she is afraid of her own shadow, and you should find someone with knowledge of how a courtroom works. I was not sure how to answer some of the "hire" and "last worked with" questions with accuracy. I had been with her for about 4 years before I realized it was to late. You should not have her in a trial.
