Robert J. Herberger concentrates in intellectual property matters and litigation, dealing with patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets. He helped to organize the Youngstown/Warren Inventors Association, which was formed in 1994 to tap the area's growing reservoir of creative talent.  It is a non-for-profit organization designed to assist inventors in the development and marketing of their inventions.  He has been involved in intellectual property litigation, as well as the procurement of numerous trademarks and patents relating to a wide variety of inventions and products.
