Having a serious illness, I was so nervous about having to file bankruptcy. She was very understanding and explained everything to me. She helped me get through this tough time and I would highly recommend her expertise !

Christine is a very considerate attorney. She takes time to listen to you and explains everything in detail .. I have her as an attorney and she has been really helpful to me.. I have a lot on my plate right now and she made me feel good about taking it day at a time .. I recommend her to everyone because of her loyalty and honesty..

I was represented by this attorney in 2003 for a bankruptcy. She was very pleasant to me and explained everything in detail. She was a bankruptcy trustee before she was a bankruptcy lawyer so she knows what the courts and trustee are expecting from the debtors. Mrs. Pacheco-Koveleski was very personal with me and treated me with a lot of respect and didn't look down on my situation. She made me feel much better by the time I left her office during the FREE hour of consultation. If I ever need a bankruptcy lawyer again, I will make sure I go to her office if she is still in business. I went to see other bankruptcy lawyers before I saw her and they didn't treat me with the respect that she did and it seemed like other lawyers were shooting blame at me. She let me pay for my bankruptcy filing in payments and never once rushed me into paying it off. She always sent me letters telling me what was going to happen next and I trust her very much with my personal information. She made me feel better when I left and I didn't feel that way when I left other lawyer's offices.

This attorney is great at filing the initial paperwork for a Chapter 13 BK and collecting her payment. After she is paid in full, her services cost $300 per hour, she does not take the time to explain legal requests, she does not have a sense of urgency, and she is a bit rude. I recently had to file a request to incur new debt to purchase a home. Because she is our attorney, the request had to be submitted by her office. The request took over two months to process. She made a mistake on the income portion of the application and understated what is actually earned on the submitted paperwork (with paystubs that were submitted to her on more than one occasion). I actually had to send multiple emails to complete the application because she was unable to locate information. Due to her costly negligence, our application is denied and our monthly payment is going up. Meanwhile, we are still paying rent when we could be paying a mortgage. Bankruptcy is a competitive market... You can get better than what this office will do for you while being treated with respect and dignity for the $300/hour you will be paying. I would give less than one star but that isn't an option...
