I had a felony and two misdemeanors charged against me. Eric was able to get the felony completely nolle processed along with one of the other misdemeanors in exchange for a no contest plea. I was dead to rights on the felony and was scared that I would end up with a conviction, but to my surprise he worked something out with the prosector that resulted in an awesome outcome! All charges dismissed in exchange for 2 years probation sounds good especially when the felony is completely nolle processed!

So I found myself arrested & jailed for driving under the influence ( prescription pills). My family arranged to meet with Eric shortly after my release from jail.
