About

My practice involves business law (corporate and partnership law, mergers and acquisitions, and business succession planning), asset protection planning, and estate planning and elder law (complex estate planning and administration; nursing home, Medicaid and special needs planning). Prior to joining Knox Law, I worked at Ernst & Young as a Certified Public Accountant. I regularly lecture on business and tax topics, estate planning, asset protection, wealth preservation, long-term care planning, business succession and special needs planning to a variety of audiences and groups. I currently serve as Treasurer on the Knox Law firm's Board of Directors.
