I wanted to write Christine a review because she is the ONLY lawyer who actually took time over the phone to listen to a situation that is going on with my daughter's IEP. She didn't hurry me off. She took the time and cared enough to say she was sorry to hear what was going on. She gave me wonderful advise and if the school does not play nice, I will not hesitate to hire her. She is concise and educated in educational law. Just through our phone call I knew she had the strategies that I would need to employ if I continue to get pushback from the school. I spoke with other lawyers before her and none compared to the level of personal service she offered. You can tell she cares!!! This is the first review I've ever written in my life.

Christine is amazing. She's is always keeping me update with information before I even ask. I can't imagine navigating these issues without her. If you are a small business owner and need council on many different topics, you need her on your team.
We were faced with a school system issue and needed expert guidance, so I asked for a recommendation from a well-respected attorney in town for the best in managing these issues. Christine was recommended, and I reached out. Christine asked all the right questions and knew every piece of the path we were about to walk in resolving this matter. Her ability to listen, frame, share and guide the issue meant everything to us. We never had to panic when something came up because she'd spent the time consulting/advising and preparing us for the next step along the way to a resolution. I said that Christine was tenacious, and I mean that, but I meant it in a way different than you think. In these types of school matters where children are involved, the process might take some time which requires both tenacity & patience. Christine helped us through those times by describing how things were likely to happen. Her counsel was wise, timely and aimed at us as parents. Our child's future was first and foremost every single time. That approach was all we could ask for in resolving the matter.
Christine was responsive, professional, and considerate in all of our communications. She made sure to address any questions I had while we worked through an issue with my employer, and she took the time to explain our options and the rationale for every choice. Christine was sensitive and receptive to my needs and concerns, and she was able to help me resolve my dispute promptly and successfully.
Christine came highly recommended. I needed to have her help me find resolution which I felt she gave me 130% of her attention, worked quickly and accomplished that which was needed to my complete satisfaction. I appreciated her making me feel like I was her only client and I would use her again. I highly recommend her services.
Christine gave me a few valuable suggestions over our phone consultation.
I hired Christine to review a noncompete agreement and advise me on my rights. Contacting her initially was very easy, she was extremely responsive and the whole process moved very quickly. The online portal she uses to communicate and exchange documents is easy, convenient, and secure. She gave me an in depth de-brief once she completed her research, and honored our agreed upon rate to do so, even though she ended up doing some additional research beyond our original scope. I would highly recommend her for any employment law-related matter.
I had a tricky issue surrounding residency for school purposes that Christine Marinello handled fairly and swiftly. She resolved the case in a way that was very equitable and did so in a competent manner. Most importantly, she was very reassuring and calming in an otherwise tense situation - which helped me get through a very stressful situation. I thought she was great. She's nice, smart and competent - what more could you ask for?
For the second time in two years I found myself in a position of being offered a severance agreement to leave a senior level position in a healthcare institution. I contracted with Attorney Marinello first in May of 2013 and she walked me through a very extensive array of options being offered, or in some cases not offered, by my previous employer. She provided great advice and sound counsel on a variety of legal issues for which I was not fully aware of my rights. Most recently I found myself in a similar position in May of 2015 and turned to her again. Among several recommendations, she directed me to execute an action that secured for me an additional significant cash benefit I thought I was not going to receive. So her services were well worth the investment.
