Horrible at communicating, refuses to return emails. After no response time and time again I’ve had to show up in person, and still get turned around with a bs excuse. This had obviously been a on going situation, Over the past decade with other people. Just like one of the other reviews, I understand she has other clients, at least give me the respect I deserve! Took my check# 6337 on 12/7/2010, cashed it. I have a recept indicating open account. My only issue was a simple letter pertaining to a 2nd mortage payoff, its been 3 1/2 months and nothing.

Paid to file Bankruptcy and she never filed. Has not provided us with billing documentation as requested and refused to return any money.
