Despite the very difficult job of explaining and putting together a number of legal documents during a time of pandemic, Christine was great guide. She doesn't mind questions, responds quickly and makes helpful suggestions. Is easy to work with and has reasonable fees.
I filed a law suit against my husbands estate because the executor of the will started liquidating the estate prior to his death. In the process of going through the legal system I was informed by the funeral home that the headstone could not be placed due to interferance from the executor of the will forcing me to move my husband from one cemetery to another. Chrsitine Karr assisted me with this very difficult process and is representing me in the lawsuit today.
I found Ms. Karr on line and liked her writing style. What you see is what you get. Very approachable and available for all my questions. Extrememly reasonable rates. I had recently been notified Feb 2012, of a trust that I was named in. Months and months went by, without any information or returned calls. Ms Karr was able to swiftly expedite the aspect of the trust that pertained to me. I found her to be very honest, and good about updating the progress.
Christine kept me inform on what was going on with my case and was willing to try some suggestions I had and thought they were reasonable. She also seemed to know the key buttons of the judges which proved to me she had the experience.
She said she specialized in the impossible. That is what she did in helping me get some of my great-grandfather's Unclaimed Money out of the state of PA. The state of Il had already recognized and paid off my similar claim, but PA was being difficult and wanted me to go to court and get some documents that would have used up all the modest value of the claim.
