 Christina is the chair of the litigation department at Geraci Law Firm and focuses her practice on representing lenders, real estate investment limited partnerships, individual investors, and banks in the California State Courts, Federal District Courts in California, and Federal Bankruptcy Courts in California on litigation matters including foreclosures, foreclosure defense, lender/borrower litigation, investor/LLC litigation, policyholder/title insurer litigation, and inter-bank litigation on a range of issues involving loans, including federal and state disclosure and foreclosure laws, recording and title issues, UCC issues, equitable subrogation, causes of action for violations of TILA, HOEPA, statutory broker liability, Business and Professions Code section 17200 (unfair competition) and other statutory violations. Christina has handled over two hundred litigation cases to conclusion and taken well over 100 depositions throughout her litigation career. Her trial work has been cited and recognized by fellow peers, including publications in the Daily Journal and on Verdict Search.  Christina is a very assertive and aggressive litigator that takes great pride in her work and possesses a genuine compassion for all firm clients and defends them fiercely.
