Lora LoCoco practices in the areas of civil, business, and appellate litigation.  Lora’s practice includes representing clients in all aspects of complex state and federal civil litigation with an emphasis on crafting legal briefs in the trial, appellate, and Supreme Court contexts.Lora’s appellate practice experience includes:·         Petition and briefing to the Wisconsin Supreme Court in a commercial leasing matter, obtaining successful reversal of an Appellate Court decision in our client’s favor. Tufail v. Midwest Hospitality, LLC, 2013 WI 62, 348 Wis. 2d 631, 833 N.W.2d 586.·         Briefing in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals in a post-judgment divorce matter, where the decision of the Trial Court was upheld in favor of our client. Dickau v.
