About

As Managing Partner at Pelegrin & Radeff, P.C., a Lakewood Family Law Firm, I offersboth a broad and a deep understanding of the issues and procedure necessary to pursue complex family and domestic law matters. I became partner of Pelegrin & Radeff, P.C. in 2000 after having been an associate since 1997.  I became Managing Partner in 2001.  Throughout my time practicing I have developed a detailed understanding of the intricacies of Colorado law on dissolution proceedings, and I regularly work with complex, difficult and litigious cases. I serve as a Guardian ad litem for mentally incapacitated adults in domestic matters, and have been qualified as an expert in attorneys’ fees in domestic matters.  I am an active community member, teaching many Continuing Legal Education courses to attorneys throughout the metro area in the areas of family law, protection orders and domestic violence. I continue  to lead public seminars to instruct individuals without attorneys on how to file domestic actions themselves. In 1998, I participated as a private attorney in the University of Denver College of Law Clemency Project to secure clemency for battered women.  I currently serve as the Treasurer for the First Judicial District Bar Association, and previously served as President in 2006-2007. I was selected as a Super Lawyer in 2015 and 2016. In 2015 co-founded  of the Women’s Collective Giving Group. I  enjoy a good book and traveling; my favorite adventure so far was a visit to Alaska.

Being represented by Chris Radeff was an experience beyond my worst nightmare. She completely destroyed our case, allowed my ex husband to kidnap my 18 month old daughter, allowed him to make a variety of (immediately) disprovable claims and withhold my daughter for months before then agreeing to have me on “supervised” visitation (on no grounds whatsoever). We ended up shelling out $1,000 a month on visitation costs for the next four months after the kidnapping. She never responded to emails or calls, and made us feel entirely powerless against my abuser. My child was in a dangerous situation and she could have cared less, about my infant daughter or myself. She blew through our $5,000 retainer in a month and did NOTHING but damage our case. Please, PLEASE spare yourself from this heartless wench, ESPECIALLY if you have children. She will drag you through the coals, gauge you for everything you’re worth, never respond, and do irrevocable damage to your case. So grateful we fired her and went to another attorney, the experience has been night and day. Save yourself and go to ANYONE else, this woman should be DISBARRED.

Chris Radeff is a very poor lawyer. She doesn’t respond to emails. She doesn’t return messages. She’s unreliable and her statements are inconsistent. If you have children, definitely go elsewhere! Ms. Radeff puts zero effort into looking out for their best interests. More often than not I felt she was working for the opposing counsel, not me.

Christina Radeff is non professional CFI for the state of CO. She is a sexually biased, man hating person, that should not be qualified to determine anything child related. She presented to the court that father was unfit to parent, with ZERO evidence to support her theory. Zero police reports, hospital reports, text, voicemails, phone records or anything that would indicate, at any level, the father was unable to parent. No drug usage or alcohol usage. Father was a business owner, home owner, soccer coach, school volunteer. Her only item that she could muster was that the father had a type A personality of which business owners, judges, police, attorneys, all possess. Father presented evidence that the mother was a drug seeking, neglecting parent that also had another child from a different father, that she also failed with and neglected. Father provided Christina Radeff with video of the mother creating a hostile environment for child exchanges, yelling, screaming at the father, along with her other family members doing the same and surrounding the vehicle, while the father stayed silent trying to comfort his child. But Christina failed to put any of that in her report. C
