About

I practice in Dauphin and Cumberland Counties. I defend business and health-related professionals with fines, application denials, and license suspensions and revocations by the licensing boards under the State’s Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. I also represent employees with employment and separation agreements and Unemployment Compensation, Civil Service, and Police Tenure Act hearings and appeals, and I assist private and public sector labor unions, including Act 111 and Act 195 unions, with collective bargaining agreements, grievances, arbitrations, and unfair labor practices before the Pennsylvania and National Labor Relations Boards. In addition, I represent small businesses preparing employee handbooks and policies, implementing discipline, and counseling employers on the ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, etc. I enjoy estate planning, which includes wills, trusts, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and living wills. I earned my law degree from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where I participated in Moot Court Honor Society. I won the Harrisburg Competition in 2008, and placed second in the Harrisburg/Wilmington Competition. I received my B.A. in Criminal Justice – Legal Studies from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. Before attending law school, I spent fifteen years working as a litigation paralegal in areas including corporate defense, insurance defense, and management-side public and private sector labor and employment law. I dedicate my free time to the Wills for Heroes program for which I am the organization’s Regional Manager and Dauphin County Coordinator. Attached are photographs from my largest event -- 80+ wills, financial powers of attorney, and health care powers of attorney/living wills. I live in Camp Hill with my bichon frise, Tiger Lily.

I needed her for a landlord dispute. The letter she sent got me results in about two days. I think the landlord responded with a check the same day he got the letter. As a police officer, I know a lot of lawyers. Christina is very personable and, if she can't answer a question, will find the answer. She works very hard as I learned from her work for my organization. I trust her without reservation. She is a fine Attorney.
