Mr. Hickersberger practices in all areas of labor and employment law and has handled a wide variety of matters, including trade secret litigation, wage and hour class actions, and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. Mr. Hickersberger also has appellate experience in both state and federal court. In addition, Mr. Hickersberger partners with clients to provide counsel regarding employment law compliance and litigation avoidance strategies.  He has worked with a diverse group of industries, including medical groups, automobile dealerships, retailers and wholesalers, and interstate transportation companies.
