I was born and raised to a poor family in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where I lived until I was fifteen years old. There, I learned what necessity really means and what unfairness looks like. However, I was fortunate enough to venture with my mother to the United States, where I have lived ever since. Here, in the United States, I learned that hard work could pay off and persistence could lead me to success. I worked hard, learned English, was the first person in my family to graduate from college, and was certainly the first one to let his ambitions lead the way. My ambitions took me law school, to work in the field of immigration throughout my entire law school career, and found my own law firm--all with the purpose of helping the Hispanic/Latino community. As a first generation immigrant, I pride myself in my commitment to improving my community and in mentoring others to pull out of the vicious cycles that so often swallow up my community’s ingenuity. The Hispanic community in Indianapolis is in desperate need for professionals like me who can effectively represent them and who can inform them of their immigration situation. This is the reason why I believe I would be an asset to the practice of law. My experiences in law school and throughout my legal career have taught me that my skills are best utilized in situations where I can help others in reaching their goals. I also believe in my law firm's commitment to providing quality legal services through respect, clear communication, and patience when it comes to our clients."

Christian Mendoza was our lawyer for adjustment of status which was professionally handled and approval obtained. Within a year, he was able to expertly handle the somewhat complexity of the case and properly dimension it. His approach was well documented, and every likely scenario was covered to ensure we got the best outcome. For preparing documents for submission, pre interview and interview stage, he methodically planned and ensured we got best service. When I came to your office 3 years ago I was just thinking of how to avoid deportation and probably maintain my permanent residence due to foolish mistake i made in the past but you told me then in a very calmed and assuring way that I may still be able to qualify to become US citizen. The journey has been very tough but due to your tenacity and hard work my dream of becoming US came to pass and all fears and saddness were taking away. It is hard to find an attorney that genuinely cares about you, and not just your money. Attorney Mendoza was extremely attentive to my case, constantly following up with everything that was coming up step by step. I don't usually review much of anything, less alone a lawyer, but i think he definitely deserves it. No other way around it, I will never look for another immigration attorney!!! Es muy difícil encontrar un abogado que genuinamente le importes. Normalmente los abogados de inmigración nos ven como un numero, pero el abogado Mendoza fue muy atento a mi caso, explicándome todo, paso por paso. Normalmente no dejo reviews o nada en el internet, pero yo se que el abogado Mendoza si se lo merece. Sin nada mas, nunca tendré que buscar otro abogado de migración. Me quedo con el abogado Mendoza.
