I grew up in a law firm. Literally. My father started our firm in 1977 in an old house in Amarillo, Texas. He lived upstairs and practiced law downstairs, starting with nothing more than a great mind for law, a license and a loan. Every summer I would come to stay with him and during the day, he would put me to work. I started out just doing whatever was needed - mowing the yard, painting, cleaning, etc. Eventually I grew older and dad's practice grew larger so he moved out of the office to make room for more lawyers and staff. But my summer employment remained with the firm. I worked as a runner, receptionist, secretary, paralegal, and IT specialist (of sorts). Becoming a lawyer was the next step and for 15 years I have exclusively represented people and families harmed by the irresponsible conduct of others.I now have a family of my own. A beautiful wife, two young boys, and a big goofy dog. We moved to Denver in 2010 where I maintain a satellite office. I hold licenses in Texas and Colorado and actively practice in both states. When I'm not working, I am usually at a sporting event with the boys, hitting the slopes or tinkering around my shop at home.Growing up in a law firm and meeting so many fine people who have had tragic things happen in their lives through no fault of their own has given me a true appreciation for all that I have. Having a family has only enhanced my compassion for the people I represent. I hope you will consider our firm if you have been unfortunate enough to need a firm that represents the victims of personal injury and wrongful death.
