This was my first ever car accident. I’d never gone through this experience before and boy, was I put through the ringer. I was hit by a semi truck changing lanes and pushed into another semi truck to my right. I was scared, confused and this was my very first car (which I loved, so I was very sad about it haha). During this time (March 2019- December 2019) my car was classified as abandoned, had the wheel stollen off of it, the battery stolen off of it, and some of the items inside were also stolen while it sat on the lot. Someone from the tow yard decided to steal the title on the car. I moved states. I got married. I was taking classes. AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS. So everything that could have happened during this time DID. And Chris was ALWAYS on top of it. He was so communicative and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I could ALWAYS get a hold of Chris at least within the same day and that’s something I really appreciate.
