Judging how he’s appointed randomly to an immense amount of inmates I’d have to admit he holds himself very well and puts forth his best effort to assure he does his best for everyone one of his clients. Chong Yim, Esq is the only Public Defender I have met that truly fights for his clients. I've had occasion thru family members to have multiple interactions with the Public Defenders office. Mr. Yim behaves as a defendants attorney unlike the other public defenders. The other public defenders act as judge and jury and ask such questions as don't you think you deserve some punishment.
