I am an experienced immigration attorney and community advocate with more than a decade of experience. I have successfully advocated for clients with complex matters, particularly in the areas of: Removal (deportation) defense, Family based applications, Adjustment of status and Naturalization. I have been successful in waivers including I-601 waivers for inadmissibility, as well as motions to re-open. In 2018 I successfully assisted a client in re-opening an 11 year old removal case. I have also consulted with various local government entities including the Philadelphia City Council and the administration of former Mayor Michael Nutter on immigration and employment law policy issues.
