He also charged me $6,000 dollars for work he allegedly performed less than two weeks after retaining his services. By the time my divorce was complete, I had paid almost $8,000 dollars, got no custody of our 13 year old daughter, and was ordered to pay over $500 dollars a month in child support. Afterwards, While standing outside of the court room trying to figure out what just happened, Mr. Banks walked up and told me that he thought that went well...! Two weeks later I receive a bill from Mr. Banks stating I still owed him $1,300 dollars. Still upset, I reviewed all of the invoices and realized that I had actually overpaid him. This man had the audacity to tell me that they made an accounting error and I still owed him the $1,300!!! I politely told him to take me to court and hung up.
