About
For the last 25 years, I have helped many clients with a variety of legal matters. I understand the stress and anxiety that a client goes through in the midst of these life changing events. My practice focuses on divorce, custody & support. I have handled cases worth millions of dollars and cases where the only things to divide are the clients‘ furniture. I give every single client the best experience and my unwavering dedication to their goals. What do I try to achieve? A satisfied client. Period. That means I answer your calls, am prepared in court and treat you like the important person that you are. If something isn’t right, I will do all that I can to fix it.I have extensive trial experience, but I am committed to helping each client resolve their matters out of court whenever possible. Focusing on each client's particular needs and desires, in addition to a deep commitment to client service, is the foundation of my practice. Listening and working together with the client to develop a game plan is essential to a productive attorney-client relationship. I try my best to satisfy the client's needs, and to achieve productive resolutions, using a combination of negotiation, as well as litigation strategies. Throughout the case, my client and I work as a team, keeping in communication with each other, to ensure that questions are answered, and we can tweak our approach to various issues along the way.Give us a call. You will find my seasoned staff to be personable, professional and committed to helping you every step of the way. All of us in my office believe that client service is top priority. Your phone call will be answered timely by a human being, never an answering machine. We don't have anwering machines and we don't have menus that ask you to wait until someone live picks up the phone. Why? Because I strongly believe that most people need to hear from a caring person immediately. We care about you. For our veterans and those currently serving in the military, I am happy to take 10% off all fees. Family members of mine have served in every war going back to WWII. I would appreciate the opportunity to be of help, so please give us a call and let us set up a time for a free consultation to go over your legal problem or issue. I look forward to seeing you. From all of us at the Rowe Law Offices family, thank you for your time.

Attorney Rowe is intelligent, highly skilled, knowledgeable and above all she is VERY EFFICIENT! Prior to retaining her I wasted 4 years of my time and plenty of money without getting any results. I am grateful that Cheryl was on my side. Let me tell you, when Cheryl is on your side she means BUSINESS, she gets things done on time!
I was looking around for a good lawyer and I was referred to Rowe Law Offices. I was very pleased with how accurate they were with my case. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reputable legal team.
I had a very complicated custody issue. It was a very emotional time for all parties concerned. Cheryl helped us navigate what was in the child's best interest at the time. It was a very emotional event for all parties concerned. Cheryl's experience in custody law helped us negotiate an agreeable arrangement.
Cheryl was prompt at responding to my issues and concerns and understood the legal procedures to get things settled.
Cheryl provided much needed guidance and support both legally and emotionally throughout my divorce. She was blunt when it was needed and caring as well. She is a professional and did her job well.
I asked this attorney for advice concerning a registered letter that I so far had not retrieved at the post office containing a divorce complaint from the spouse who lives in another state. I have lived in PA for 5 years and he continues to live in OH where we were married. To my surprise he had the wrong date for the marriage and was asking for all of the marital property, all of which he left behind himself in a rental and never went back to retrieve it. He is an alcoholic and these people never think straight, he is cruel and mean and I am so happy to be away from him. Cheryl suggested not leaving the letter at the post office, I am happy that I picked it up. I took it to an attorney who I know here in Pittsburgh who is licensed in the state of Ohio who has done work for me before. He is going to fight for me in court as there are $13,000 worth of back taxes that he owes which he wants me to pay. So the deal breaker is going to be either he pays all the taxes because he is responsible for not paying his share or he must pay me support. My attorney is a very good one whom I trust with my life. As well, I told Cheryl that had she been here near to the Pittsburgh area I would have hired her in an instant. She seems very professional with understanding and empathy for her clients. Thank you Cheryl and Happy Holidays.
