Ms. Frank’s practice is primarily focused on civil and criminal tax controversies with the federal government. Ms. Frank is the CEO and Founder of Frank Tax, where she managed a team of fifteen (15) attorneys, CPA’s , paralegals and other staff members who specialize in representing domestic and international clients in civil and criminal tax disputes. Ms. Frank has successfully represented domestic and international corporations as well as high net worth individuals in a variety of tax disputes at the federal level as well as in white collar criminal defense. Ms. Frank graduated with Honors from Georgetown University with a Bachelors of Science in both Business and Accounting and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University Of Miami School of Law before later returning to Georgetown University to receive her LLM in Taxation. With extensive knowledge and skill in her field Ms. Frank is committed to providing domestic and international business and individuals with efficient and effective representation to help resolve their civil and criminal tax controversies.
