Reviews
Charlotte is a superb strategist. She is highly experienced, with a tremendous grasp of the law and local resources. She flags all pivotal junctures in the legal process, describes options, pros, cons, trade-offs and projected costs. She is thoroughly honest and professional. Her resource people built an outstanding team of practitioners to support my child's education. She won a fair and appropriate settlement on behalf of my child.
Charlotte Cassady did an amazing job helping us navigate some significant and complex special education and residential placement issues with the Seattle School District. With Charlotte's help, we were able to get the financial support from the district that we needed and deserved. Charlotte worked collaboratively with us and in addition to getting results she is a pleasure to work with.
If it weren't for Charlotte and her team, my non verbal son with autism would still be in public school with a wrong placement and never seeing any real progress. I am grateful for this law firm getting us what we needed out of the education system. For a special needs parent to hire a lawyer, things have to be going really bad. For our family, trying to resolve the situation with the district on our own had 0 effect. WA state school districts are BULLIES when it comes to giving special needs students what they need. They will go out of their way to intimidate the family. Hiring a lawyer is the only choice if you need help getting your child what he/she is entitled to get under IDEA. Standing up for what is right by hiring Charlotte was the best thing our family ever spent money on. I highly recommend them.
Charlotte is one of the most knowledgeable, experienced and winningest educational rights lawyers in our area. She was as committed to our child's welfare as we were! She saved our daughter's life!
Excellent, excellent representation. She used the prep materials we gave her to NAIL each and every objection efficiently and successfully.
When our family was faced with an education system that did not want to support our child and provide the supports he needed to be successful in his learning, we found Ms. Cassady. Ms. Cassady was supportive and responsive to our concerns and helped us to identify the path forward for our family. When we decided to move forward with a Due Process Ms. Cassady clearly had the knowledge and expertise to guide us through that process to a successful outcome. Most importantly because of Ms. Cassady our son was able to access what he needed for his learning and is doing wonderfully. Our meeting and retaining Ms. Cassady was a gift to our son and our family. I recommend Ms. Cassady often to other families I meet and will continue to recommend her.
I found Charlotte Cassady to be a thorough and determined attorney, very well versed in special education law, who thoroughly researched my case and who represented me well. She is a tough and thoughtful negotiator, who worked hard to develop the right strategy for each situation. She kept me informed as the case progressed and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. She cares about her clients and the work she does for them. I will hire Charlotte again if I need Special Education legal help in the future.
After our daughter was "abandoned" by the School District because of her autism, we sought a knowledgeable lawyer. Charlotte Cassidy proved herself up to the task, She identified that the School District failed in our daughter's situation. We received a settlement, and followed through with professionals in the field. Our daughter is now 17, and is successfully attending a local college. Without Charlotte's help and insight, our result would be not be so positive.
Cassady Law firm represented us in a litigation. We received excellent service, they were knowledgeable, responsive, provided sound advice and expert legal experience. We highly recommend hiring Cassady Law firm for education or estate planning needs.
Ms Cassady assisted me in a matter involving my special needs daughter's placement in a group home. She was a zealous and effective advocate and managed to resolve the conflict without the need for litigation.
