Having worked with several attorneys, I can say without reservation that Mr. Kagay's professionalism, knowledge of the law and ability to analyze and apply the facts is unequalled in my experience. He has been extremely fair in his billing practices. Having worked in the legal profession and having had exposure to many attorneys beyond those with whom I have worked on our own case, I can state without reservation that Mr. Kagay is an honorable and decent man -- a true credit to his profession.

He did an appellate review case without reviewing the entire file. He based his whole legal arguments on two legal arguments that were made in the Superior Court Case and skipped over the part where the court invited appellants to show why a jury would not believe the allegations/findings made. He failed to exert enough effort to understand those issues so he could not make effective arguments. When I pointed this out to him, he did not even bother to reply, nor did he attempt to get a second appearance with the court after they made faulty conclusions that should have been rebutted.
