Attorney Charles C. Tucker, a native of Colorado, earned his Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) in St. Paul, Minnesota, taking a heavy load of estate planning and tax classes.During law school, Tucker received an Award for Excellence in the Tax Clinic for advising nonprofit organizations. He also worked as an assistant to a blind attorney in the Tax Litigation Division of the Minnesota Attorney General's Office.After law school, Tucker returned to Colorado to serve as law clerk for District Court Judge Arnaud Newton. He entered the private practice of law in 2002 and worked with the law firms of Frey, Korb, Haggerty & Michaels, P.C., Korb Tucker PLLC, and Peterson, Rosenberg PLLC in Fort Collins.Tucker formed his own practice, Charles C. Tucker PLLC, in 2016. Tucker serves clients in all aspects of estate planning and estate administration, with very active subspecialties in trusts, asset protection, business formation and succession planning, and real property law.
